Shipping Policy
Shipping Destinations and Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout for all orders within the contiguous USA.
To place an order for Hawaii, Alaska or an international destination, please email hello@taylorroberts.com with your desired order for a shipping estimate. Due to increased costs, my production partner dynamically quotes rates for orders to these destinations.
International shipping is available for all sizes of unframed prints. International shipping is available for framed pieces up to 30” x 40” in size.
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes due to the size of our shipments.
Turnaround Times
Each piece has the following turnaround times:
• Unframed prints: 1-6 business days plus shipping
• Framed Prints: 3-13 business days plus shipping
Lost or Stolen DuringTransit
Please check neighboring residences as well as all areas of the delivery address such as the mailbox, front door and back door.
If you cannot locate the shipment, please email hello@taylorroberts.com with your order number within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date and we will issue a replacement at no cost.
*Orders reported lost or stolen outside of the 7 days of the expected delivery date will not qualify for replacement.
Damaged DuringTransit
If your item arrives damaged, a replacement will be sent free of charge if you report the damage within 7 days of receiving your package. Therefore, please open your packages in a timely manner.
In order to report any damage that happened during transit, please promptly email hello@taylorroberts.com. Please include photos of the items below, all three are required to file a claim with our carrier, and to qualify the order as eligible for a replacement.

*Orders reported damaged outside of the 7 days, or without photographic evidence of the damage and packaging materials, will not qualify for replacement.
**Damaged and lost orders are eligible for replacement of the purchased product. Please note all sales are final and refunds are not available for damaged or lost orders.
Returns Policy
Each piece is made to order, just for you. Therefore, all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. In the rare instance that an item arrives damaged, I will immediately provide a hassle-free replacement. For more info, please read the shipping policy above.
